Sean founded ST3 Consulting with one goal: take the confusion and hassle out of backflow compliance. As a certified tester, he handles the work personally and knows the properties around Berkeley County — from the irrigation setups in Carnes Crossroads to the assemblies on older Summerville homes.
That local knowledge is the difference. Sean can usually tell you what kind of device is sitting in your yard before he even pulls up — and exactly what your water purveyor expects to see. No guesswork, no upselling, just an honest test and clean paperwork.
He built ST3 to work the way a modern service should: certified and calibrated, transparent on price, and backed by an online dashboard so every customer can see their devices, results, and what's due next — anytime.
