FlowCert Subscription Terms

The short version

  • $49.99 per year, plus applicable taxes, charged to the payment method you put on file at checkout.
  • Your membership runs for 1 year and renews automatically for 1-year terms until you cancel.
  • Covers scheduling, testing, the report, and filing with your water purveyor for the irrigation system you identify at signup. Repairs, parts, and re-tests are not included.
  • Cancel any time from your dashboard or by emailing info@st3consulting.com. Cancelling stops future renewal charges; your membership stays active through the end of the term you have paid for.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store your full card details.

This summary is for convenience — the numbered terms below are the agreement.

These Subscription Terms govern the FlowCert annual backflow testing membership offered by ST3 Consulting LLC. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy; where they conflict on a question about the membership, these Subscription Terms control.

  1. Agreement and electronic consent. By enrolling online, or otherwise signing up for the membership, you agree to these Subscription Terms and consent to transact with us electronically. We will send you an enrollment confirmation by email that you can keep for your records.
  2. Services included. During each paid membership year, ST3 Consulting LLC will schedule and perform the backflow test for the irrigation system identified at signup, prepare the test report, and submit the report to the applicable water purveyor on your behalf. The membership covers only the testing, reporting, and filing services described in your enrollment confirmation.
  3. Your responsibilities. You must provide accurate contact information, the correct service address, and safe, reasonable access to the irrigation system on the scheduled service date. We are not responsible for delays caused by your failure to provide access, information, or required approvals.
  4. Term and automatic renewal. Your membership begins on the date you enroll and continues for 1 year. It automatically renews for additional 1-year terms unless you cancel before the next annual billing date.
  5. Annual fee and billing authorization. The membership fee is $49.99 per year, plus applicable taxes, as disclosed to you before enrollment. By enrolling, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you place on file for the initial annual fee and for each annual renewal fee unless you cancel before renewal. If the annual fee changes, we will give notice before the new fee takes effect as required by applicable law.
  6. Payment processing and privacy. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we do not store your full card information. Personal information collected in connection with enrollment, scheduling, and billing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
  7. Declined or expired cards. If your payment method is declined, expires, or cannot be charged, we may ask you to update your payment method before we schedule or continue service. If payment is not successfully completed, we may suspend service or cancel renewal of the membership.
  8. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by using the online cancellation method in your account, if available, or by emailing info@st3consulting.com. If you cancel, the cancellation will stop future annual renewal charges, and your membership will remain active through the end of the current paid term unless applicable law requires otherwise.
  9. Acknowledgments and renewal notices. We will send you an enrollment acknowledgment that includes the material terms of the offer and information about how to cancel in a form you can retain. Where applicable law requires it, we will also send any renewal reminder, annual reminder, or other renewal notice before the next annual renewal charge.
  10. Additional services. If the irrigation system fails the test or needs other work, any repair services, replacement parts, or re-testing are outside this membership unless we separately agree to provide them. Any additional charges will be disclosed separately before you agree to them.
  11. Changes to these terms. We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of any material change to the automatic-renewal terms or fees before the change becomes effective, to the extent required by applicable law.
  12. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for consequential, incidental, indirect, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to this membership. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to this membership will not exceed the amount you paid for the membership term giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including, where applicable, liability resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

How to cancel

Sign in to your customer dashboard and use Cancel plan, or email info@st3consulting.com. Either way, cancelling stops future annual renewal charges and your membership stays active through the end of the term you have already paid for.
